These Terms of Service ("Terms", including our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy) apply to you as a member of the website. 1. Privacy Policy

2. Forum and general user behavior

2.1. Once registered and logged in, you can post new topics and reply to those previously created in the Forum. 2.2. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users. 2.3. All kinds of advertisements, attempts to get referrals, offers of money / exchanges / requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in forum posts / topics. It is also forbidden to spam the Forum with nonsense messages / messages, duplicate topics, illegal content, sharing of email addresses, links to social websites and instant messaging IDs. 2.4. 3. User account

3.1. Accounts are not transferable. It is forbidden to transfer or sell accounts. 3.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will result in the termination of all. This also applies to your PayPal, Bitcoin and Perfect Money account which must be unique and not shared with another user. 3.3. Each ad can only be viewed by the same IP once every 24 hours. To display advertisements, an Internet connection must only be used by a single user every 24 hours. Any attempt to do otherwise could lead to termination of your account. You can use multiple IP addresses for access. Access from proxy / VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN homes, cybercafes, etc.) is not allowed. 3.4. Only one account per computer is allowed to view ads. If more than one account on a single computer displays advertisements, all of them these accounts will be permanently suspended. 3.5. the website will not change your account information user based on user request. Any requests to change the username / upline will be rejected. 3.6. Users who use false information while registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended. 3.7. You do not need to automatically redirect any page to the website or include the website within any other site that is visible or not. 3.8. Any attempt to reload / view pages manually or automatically in an intensive way will result in the permanent suspension of your account.

4. References

4.1. You can refer to as many people as you want. 4.2. Each of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address. 4.3. You must not send unsolicited emails or force anyone in any other way to become your referral. Also, you cannot use any services you attempt to sell you referrals. We will investigate such incidents and result in account termination. 4.4. Rented referrals have a return policy. If within 14 days one of your rented referrals does not click on any ad, you will do so automatically exchange your referral at no additional cost and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is for rented referrals only and will be replaced only when new ones are available. Rented referrals are distributed based on an activity rule, but we cannot predict or assure how they will behave later. 4.5. You can only rent referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership. Have more referrals than allowed will result in the deactivation of revenue from all referrals. 4.6. The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click on at least 2 ads you will receive all clicks made by your referrals. If you click below this, the maximum you'll get is just the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referrals you have. Clicks on referrals will be calculated based on clicks made the previous day. These calculations are based server time that can be viewed on the (View Announcements) page. 4.7. A referral will never change the member who sent it. 4.8. Clicks made by your referrals will be instantly credited to your account. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours. 4.9. The amount of referrals is limited based on the referrer's membership. Users can see the limit on the referral list page.

5. Anti-cheat policy

5.1. Any attempt, in any way, to hack the system will be logged. 5.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes not. Either way, when you request payment, our tracking system will analyze your actions and will take their own actions in return. Typically, system hacking attempts will result in account termination. 5.3. We may or may not notify you that your account has been closed. In the first case, we will send you an email. Either way, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services on the website.

6. Payments to users

6.1. All payments will be made via PAYEER, Perfect Money and Bitcoin. No other payment method is available at the moment. You can only request a unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you used to get the most out of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can claim from other payment processors is equal to the value of purchases made through them individually. In case of a tie of value of purchases between two or more payment processors, it is possible to make an unlimited payment request for each of the components of par. 6.2. All payments will be made manually. 6.3. From the amount paid, a small fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor used. 6.4. You can only request one payment at a time. 6.5. You must have a correct and existing Poste Pay, Payeer & Perfect Money, Skrill, N26 account. All payments will go directly to the user's email address and it cannot be deleted. 6.6. Users must accept payments made to their Poste Pay, Payeer & Perfect Money, Skrill, N26 accounts within 30 calendar days or payment will be canceled and will not be refunded. 6.7. Any refunds of any payments we send to you will be ignored and will not be added to your account or resent.

7. Website Payments

7.1. All payments must be made using the links available in "your account". No other payment methods will be accepted. 7.2. All payments are non-refundable. 7.3. Payments are available every day within a week. 7.4. Any chargebacks or canceled transactions made on payments will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. Purchase of the upgrade is non-refundable. 8.2. The purchase of exposure and click packs for your ads is non-refundable. 8.3. The purchase of rental reports is non-refundable.

9. Advertising

9.1. We accept any type of advertising except pages that go out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content, contain any kind of tiered offers, contain referral sales. Furthermore, No advertisements using the website name for unrelated services are allowed. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counts the exposure period it will start from then on. Your advertised website must be able to support multiple visits per second. 9.2. As a user, you can only earn from each advertisement once every 24 hours.

10. Account Suspension

10.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, disrespect of our ToS. 10.2. All suspended accounts will be reset all balances, all referrals will be removed and no refunds will be given. 10.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and it is not possible to register using the same username or email addresses. 10.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity. 10.5. We will not delete user accounts for any reason, even if they are active, closed or suspended.

11. Responsibility

11.1. the website will not be responsible for any kind of delay or failure that is not directly related to the website and therefore beyond our control. 11.2. website reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, perks and rules, including others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services at any time and without notice. 11.3. website will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements.
